Canyons

The Canyons is home to the largest ski resort in North America, offering a wide variety of housing— single-family homes, condos, and townhouses. Deer Crest

Known for some of the best sights in Park City, Deer Crest is a luxury ski-in/ski-out sanctuary tucked into the mountainside. This prime area features some of the most sophisticated homes on the market and is the proud home of the famous St. Regis at Deer Valley. Take in the views of the Jordanelle Reservoir and surrounding mountains. The Deer Crest Club at St. Regis is a wonderful option for properties without direct ski access. Upper Deer Valley

Located about 5-10 minutes from Old Town at an elevation of 8,000 ft. Upper Deer Valley is a first-class resort community with breathtaking views. Lower Deer Valley

Located at the heart of the Deer Valley Ski Resort base and minutes from historic Old Town, Lower Deer Valley offers a variety of properties- although it is predominately filled with townhomes/condominiums. Just minutes from Main Street and located in Empire Canyon/along the slopes of Flagstaff Mountain, the newest neighborhood in Deer Valley doesn’t disappoint. The nearby Montage offers excellent dining and premier skiing via the Empire ski lift. Owners can also purchase a Talisker Club Membership which includes access to the Tuhaye Golf Club (20 min drive) and the Tower Club, located directly on the slopes.

Glenwild

Glenwild is highly sought after and known for its spacious ranch-style lots. According to Golf Digest, this pristine and peaceful hideaway is home to Utah's #1 Golf course/club. A private hideaway, secluded from the hustle and bustle of town, Glenwild is an ideal getaway for the golf/nature lover and privacy seeker. Home to the Jordanelle State Park and just a few minutes away from all of the best restaurants and spots in town, not to mention the quick ski access via the backside of Deer Valley. As it turns out, you can have your cake and eat it too!

Located in Wasatch County, this is a convenient location for those who want to be near all that Park City has to offer.

Kimball Junction

A sweet blend of local joints and newer developments, Kimball Junction is home to many professionals in the area. With a growing arsenal of must-visit shops and bustling restaurants, Kimball Junction features a wide range of diverse homes— from single-family to condo-style— close to everything in town! Located in the heart of the Snyderville Basin, Kimball provides access to the nearby Outlets, office suites, dining, shops and is close to the three ski resorts of Park City. Old Town

When people picture Park City, the immediate image in their mind is of Old Town. Colorful and historic homes along the hill-filled streets bring the town to life. Town Lift provides visitors and locals with premier access to Vail (PCMR), the largest ski resort in North America. Old Town offers something for everyone and is the main attraction in Park City. Park Meadows

Known as a superb off-mountain community, Park Meadows provides proximity to town while staying true to its curb appeal of being a secluded neighborhood away from the business of Main St. One of the oldest subdivisions in Park City; it provides a variety of single-family/townhomes. Backing up to the Park City High School/Treasure Mountain Middle school and the nearby McPolin Elementary School, it is an ideal neighborhood to raise your family. We cannot forget to mention the Park Meadows Golf & Country Club. Soak in the gorgeous views of the surrounding mountains in one of the most sought-after communities in town.

Pinebrook

Tucked within the canyons of northwestern Park City, Pinebrook is the ideal location for residents who want to be close to nearly everything yet still have an easy commute to Salt Lake City. Silver Springs/Ranch Place

A flat land area with iconic mountain views, incredible trails, family/dog parks, and more, Silver Springs/Ranch Place are ideal neighborhoods for full-time homeowners. Located 2-5 minutes from Kimball Junction and approximately 10 minutes from Main St., these communities have become highly sought after.

Sunpeak

Quaint, quiet, and residential— those are three words you'll often hear when locals describe Sunpeak. Located between the famous Olympic Winter Sports Park and The Canyons Ski Resort, it's a central location with all of the charm of an ideal neighborhood. Access to incredible hiking trails and a picturesque area to raise your family, this community is near all that Kimball Junction offers while remaining close to town.

THAYNES CANYON

The supreme location for easy access to all three local ski resorts and Main St., Thaynes Canyon is known for its trails and rolling meadows.
