The Quintessential Old Town Rental

In the Spring of 2021, my clients purchased this historic home built-in 1900, equipped with three bedrooms, three baths, a large "ski locker" area, coveted porch swing, whimsical finishes, and one killer location.

Location is the most crucial thing in Real Estate, and you truly cannot beat this one. Old Town is known for its colorful properties, access to skiing via town lift, proximity to the premier dining destinations, and its vibrant charm. Whether you are local to our quaint ski town or a visitor, it is clear why people worldwide have been planting their roots here.

Executing deals on historic properties will always be the highlight of what I do for a living.

Born and raised in Park City and highly knowledgeable about its past, there is something extraordinary about old mining homes. When my clients approached me about making an offer, I was thankful to be a part of it.

For me, the home was adorable and easy to fall in love with.

However, it needed love, and these were just the people to give it! They saw the potential. That is not easy for some Buyers (hint: if you are in the market, always look for potential. Don't get stuck because you cannot see beyond what is right in front of you). Shortly after closing, they began renovating to ensure its availability in the rental pool for Winter 2021/22. With the addition of brighter colors, new flooring, fully updated bathrooms, unique textures and fixtures, and a more neutral palette, they transformed this colorful 1,650 sq. ft charmer into an airy mountain getaway. It boasts gorgeous views to the South of Empire and Daly Canyons/ Deer Valley. The main suite is a sanctuary on an entirely different level with great light and those stunning South-facing windows.

Park City is a hub for people looking to escape into the abyss of a higher elevation and a more relaxed lifestyle.

Whether you are looking to spend your day on the slopes at the largest ski resort in North America (PCMR), hike the hundreds of immaculately maintained trails, or attend premier events such as Sundance Film Festival, it is clear that our "little" town has it ALL.

During the beginning of the pandemic Park City received a surge of Buyers from all over the Nation. The majority of those Buyers were looking to relocate from places like Los Angeles, New York City, and Miami. Can you blame them? Park City is a year-round playground for adults and children alike.

So when you plan your next adventure out West, whatever your plans may be while visiting, this home is sure to check all of the boxes.
